In the Purposeful Action Lab you will go through six steps that connect a bold vision for your future with a tangible 3-months plan:

- Meet your fellow travellers
- Create powerful agreements
- Look at your current reality from multiple perspectives
2 - WHAT IS YOUR VISION?
- Connect with your intuition
- Activate the intelligence of your body
- Envision your highest future potential
3 - WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
- Develop a powerful framework for setting goals
- Identify goals aligned with your vision
- Optimize your goals in light of the broader context of your life
4 - WHAT's your strategy?
- Design a robust strategy to achieve your goals
- Identify the specific actions you will take
- Work out how time, energy, money and other key resources will be used
5 - How will you stick to it?
- Address competing commitments that may get in the way
- Form a tight-knit support team of 4 fellow travelers (if you want!)
- Develop powerful co-coaching tools
6 - Launch!
- Implement your plan over the course of 3 months
- Learn from what happens and constantly adjust
- Meet every week with your team to support, challenge and learn from each other
