We live in a world full of distractions.
With so much loud demands and possibilities screaming at us from every corner, it’s easy to lose touch and forget what deeply matters to us. We forget how to listen to our intuition. We forget to fully bring our body and heart to our decisions. We end up feeling stressed, anxious and tired. Sometimes we end up running a race we did not really choose and creating results that don’t actually fulfill us. It feels like we have lost the plot. Other times, we know we are exactly on the right path, but we get so overwhelmed that it feels like we will never have a life again.
It happens to all of us, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Traditions diverse as cognitive science and spirituality point to the same direction: when we feel that our life has purpose, and we act in ways that are aligned with that purpose, something incredible happens. We become tenacious and trusting. Our stress hardiness multiplies. When we fall, we pick ourselves up. We muster strengths we didn’t even know we had. The way to organize our life becomes self-apparent.
The solution is taking the time to discover what that purpose is and act in alignment with it.
Slow down for a moment. Think. Feel. Sense. Play with powerful questions: Where are you in your life? Where do you want to go? Build a plan. Find your allies. Take action. Learn, change, adjust. Help others in their journey.

Purposeful Action Labs are both whole-person and pragmatic. You’ll be exploring aspirations, desires, fears, intuitions, human connection, as well as strategies, tactics and objective measurement of your progress.
Participating does not require subscribing to any particular set of beliefs or ideas. On the other hand, we explicitly promote the values of creativity, self-awareness, compassion and service to humanity and the planet.
The Labs are inspired by a number of traditions, particularly mindfulness, yoga, U-theory, liberating structures, performance coaching and presence-based coaching.
